More information about 24x Braumanufaktur Sander Ale Capone
As the name suggests, the New England Pale Ale beer style has its roots in the New England region in the north-east of the USA. The craft beer scene there is particularly strong and very innovative. Its big brother, New England India Pale Ale, is usually a little higher in alcohol and a little stronger in hop bitterness, but the boundaries are fluid.
Our criminally delicious "Ale Capone" is characterized by a strong cloudiness, a mild hop bitterness and a massive hop aroma of grapefruit, citrus, peach and passion fruit. The beer has a particularly creamy mouthfeel due to the strong, difficult to settle cloudiness and is therefore often referred to as a "juicy" or "hazy" pale ale.
