Wilma und Oliver El Daly sind die Gründer von Abenteuer Chili. Seit 2013 züchten sie Chilis und stellen feine Produkte mit oder aus Chili in Handarbeit her, um sie anderen Menschen zugänglich zu machen. Alles begann mit ein paar frischen Chilis, die eine Bekannte ihnen gab. Oliver litt damals an Magenproblemen, aber dank der superscharfen Chilis erholte er sich schnell. Die positiven Auswirkungen von frischen Chilis auf den Magen war ihnen zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht bekannt. Diese Entdeckung war der Startschuss für ihr Chili-Abenteuer. Leider waren zu dieser Zeit kaum hochwertige Chilis auf dem Markt erhältlich. Aus diesem Grund beschlossen sie, ihre eigenen Chilis zu züchten.
