Anthonij Rupert L'Ormarins Private Cuvée 2015 - Sparkling wine

The Anthonij Rupert L'Ormarins Private Cuvée impresses with its clear, bright color and its incredibly fine perlage. The light scent of orange blossom and mineral tones pampers the senses, while the palate is filled with wonderful fruity notes of grapefruit, lemons and limes, which are played around by a lively acidity. Rich, creamy and silky smooth, the cuvée of Chardonnay (69%) and Pinot Noir (31%) nestles on the palate before the Anthonij Rupert L'Ormarins Private Cuvée finishes with a lingering aftertaste. The sparkling wine underwent a second fermentation in the bottle and then spent another 88 months on the lees. This refined sparkling wine is therefore best enjoyed at very special moments in life.
