The Babylonstoren Viognier impresses with its beautiful golden color. The aroma of white peach, apricots and apple blossom fills the nose and pampers the senses. The ripe fruit notes so typical of Viognier are accentuated by a hint of oak. On the palate, the white wine delights with its rich, creamy texture and beautiful balance. Babylonstoren Viognier is best enjoyed with a mild curry; dishes with ginger and saffron are particularly recommended. The combination with chicken or lamb in a fruity sauce with apricots is also excellent.
