Fruity and spicy from the very first moment - this is how the Bartinney Skyfall Cabernet Sauvignon presents itself, as the aroma of ripe plums, cinnamon and nutmeg pampers the senses of red wine fans. The grapes come from the two highest vineyards on the estate and grow 550 meters above sea level, hence the name Skyfall. They produce an expressive wine that impresses on the palate with notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, cedar and sweet stewed berries. The good tannin structure rounds off the Bartinney Skyfall Cabernet Sauvignon perfectly. The red wine matured for eighteen months in barriques and is the ideal accompaniment to spicy or dark meat. But the Bartinney Skyfall Cabernet Sauvignon is also a highlight in a glass of red wine on its own.
