Bonollo Grappa of Amarone barrique

Amarone is considered one of the best wines from the Veneto region. This grappa, made from the marc of the Amarone grape varieties Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella, is the aristocrat of Italian grappas.

Distilled in January after the harvest and then matured in barriques, the result is a grappa that is simply overwhelming. Intense and delicate at the same time, noble, elegant and complex, with a light vanilla aroma and a sensationally oily, soft finish.
