A Chardonnay from the Rouard monopollage. Exhibits elegant fruit components, delicate wood notes and a refreshingly lively minerality, making it a wonderful accompaniment to shellfish and co.
Made from Chardonnay from vines over 50 years old, harvested by hand, aged in barriques for 24 months (30% new barrels)
Animating notes of clementine & yellow plums as well as some dried fig combined with a fine hint of lime peel, hazelnut & limestone. The finish is buttery créme brulée & saline.
