1x Mother's Milk - Hazy New England IPA.
The New England IPA is used with the hop varieties Fantasia and Galaxy and thus gets a fruity taste, where especially manadrine and passion fruit notes come out. Wonderfully smooth, very drinkable at 7% vol. and well balanced bitter notes.
Taste: fruity manadrine and passion fruit, drinkable, pleasantly tart.
Alcohol: 7% vol.
1x 6 Fists for a Hallelujah - Imperial Stout Eisbock
6 Fists for a Hallelujah is a collaboration brew between Braumanufaktur Hertl, Schorschbräu and Freigeist. An Imperial Stout Eisbock that comes in at a punchy 14% vol. Black as the soul of three wanted criminals it runs oily down your palate!
Taste: dark chocolate, roasted aromas, malty, very strong
Alcohol: 14% Vol.
1x The 3 of the Round Table - Barley Wine Eisbock
Die 3 von der Tafelrunde is a collab brew between Braumanufaktur Hertl, Orca Brau & Freigeist. Due to the collab, this Barley Wine Eisbock comes with a decent punch of 11.5% vol - strong and well equipped like the Knights of the Round Table.
Taste: complex, multilayered, full-bodied

Brewery Hertl
Brewmaster with heart and soul in the smallest brewery in Franconia - David Hertl is currently Germany's youngest brewmaster and beer sommelier, as well as a budding wine sommelier. At the age of 22, he completed his master craftsman training before subsequently supplementing his further training as a beer sommelier on a part-time basis. In 2013, he went into business for himself and opened his own brewery, Braumanufaktur. He discovered his passionate interest in brewing as a teenager. His first beer experiments in his mother's kitchen led to the former pigsty on his parents' farm being converted into a miniature brewery. Today, the charismatic young brewer already produces around 80 hectoliters of the finest beer on 80 square meters, and the trend is rising: a new brewhouse and further equipment are to boost production strongly, as demand for David Hertl's barley juice specialties...
