The Buitenverwachting Meifort is a complex and full-bodied red wine cuvée made from Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), Cabernet Franc (20%), Merlot (20%), Malbec (18%) and Petit Verdot (12%). The inviting bouquet impresses with an elegant plum note. Nuances of red cherries, spicy oak and tobacco are added on the palate. This red wine, which has matured for 24 months in French oak, is best served with dark meat or savory dishes. You can also enjoy Buitenverwachting Meifort with your favorite pasta or simply on its own.
