12 months in French oak barriques, 6 months in large oak barrels, 4 months in steel.
Notes of jam & fruit are reminiscent of berries, plums and damsons. The spices play with nuances of black pepper, licorice and aniseed. The body, round and full, is harmonious. Silky and enveloping tannins. Persistent, firm and warm finish.
