The Chamonix Troika flows into the glass in a dark ruby red and smells wonderfully of vanilla, blackberries and tobacco. Earthy notes add the finishing touch to the bouquet. On the palate, the red wine cuvée made from Cabernet Franc (45%), Cabernet Sauvignon (38%), Merlot (10%) and Petit Verdot (7%) is well-structured and soft with rich fruit. Thanks to its harmonious composition, this long-lasting red wine, which has matured for eighteen months in French oak, is a pleasure on its own, but is also an excellent accompaniment to spicy dishes with dark meat.
