The Clos Malverne Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot flows into the glass in a dark red hue and impresses with its uncomplicated character. The cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Merlot (40%) impresses with its fruity berry notes, which are accompanied by herbal nuances. The red wine matures for twelve months in French and American oak and is beautifully soft and accessible on the palate. You should therefore definitely try the Clos Malverne Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot on its own, but it also goes wonderfully with dark meat dishes or pasta.
