The full-bodied red wine also scores on the palate with long-lasting fruity notes. Enjoy this cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon (65%) and Shiraz (35%) on its own. The Clos Malverne Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz, which has matured for eleven months in French and American oak, is also the ideal accompaniment to a barbecue or your favorite pasta.
