De Krans Broederskap Red Blend 2018 - Red wine

The De Krans Broederskap Red Blend flows into the glass in a dark plum color and reveals its complexity on the nose. The aroma of dark fruits is skillfully accompanied by spicy notes. The notes of dark fruit are also present on the palate and well-structured tannins give this full-bodied red wine cuvée made from the grape varieties Touriga Nacional (68%), Tinta Roritz (28%), Tinta Barocca (2%) and Tinta Amarella (2%) a beautiful mouthfeel. The De Krans Broederskap Red Blend matured for twelve months in French oak and has great development potential. The red wine is therefore a pleasure on its own, but it also goes wonderfully with dark meat, game or spicy dishes. The climate in Calitzdorp, with warmer temperatures during the day and cooler temperatures at night, offers the Portuguese grape varieties ideal conditions for producing excellent wines at a high level. The De Krans Broederskap Red Blend is one of them.
