Fine tannins make the multi-layered taste experience perfect. The cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon (54%), Cabernet Franc (27%), Petit Verdot (11%) and Merlot (8%) lingers on the palate for a long time and matures for sixteen months in French oak. You should therefore definitely enjoy the Delaire Graff Botmaskop on its own. The combination with dark meat or spicy dishes is also highly recommended.
