Our Bavarian Pale Ale is the combination of an American Style Pale Ale recipe with a traditional Bavarian brewing process. A top-fermenting ale yeast is responsible for the fermentation.
The cone dwarf has a pleasant bitterness. The Australian hop variety Galaxy and the German hop Hüll Melon give the beer its typical fruity and floral character. The soft caramel malt notes emphasize the slightly sweet body.
