More information about Baltic Gin
Baltic Gin contains selected ingredients from our region. The highlight of these ingredients is the porse from the Danish border regions. The porse, also known as gagel, only grows in coastal and marshy areas and enriches the gin with essential oils. With our gin, we focus on "quality instead of quantity" and have therefore limited the amount of ingredients. In addition to the juniper berries that flavor the gin, we also use bitter orange peel. This results in a beautiful combination of flavors from the aromatic juniper berries in combination with the light citrus note. This traditionally handcrafted gin can also be enjoyed neat.

Dollerup distillery
In the Dollerup distillery, not far from Flensburg, German whiskey, hand-distilled rhum and gin are produced in addition to brandies and spirits from regional fruit varieties. Sometimes more unusual ingredients end up in the still, such as for our ginger spirit and peanut spirit. With great attention to detail, the distillates are distilled on site and bottled by hand. Visit us! With a little luck you can look over our shoulder during the production of exquisite distillates.
