Our brand new and freshly bottled whiskies now bear the genuine North German name "Noord Molt". As the northernmost whisky distillery in Germany, our casks mature here in peace and quiet near the Flensburg Fjord and are thus characterized by the coastal climate and typical northern German serenity.
Noord Molt No. 14 has been matured for over five years and, compared to Noord Molt No. 4, has a slightly smoky and sweet note due to its storage in a sherry cask. With just over 100 bottles, it is almost a rarity.

Dollerup distillery
In the Dollerup distillery, not far from Flensburg, German whiskey, hand-distilled rhum and gin are produced in addition to brandies and spirits from regional fruit varieties. Sometimes more unusual ingredients end up in the still, such as for our ginger spirit and peanut spirit. With great attention to detail, the distillates are distilled on site and bottled by hand. Visit us! With a little luck you can look over our shoulder during the production of exquisite distillates.
