Domaine Cailhol Gautran ist ein renommiertes Familienweingut mit 30 Hektar Rebfläche im malerischen Süden Frankreichs in Agel, innerhalb der Appellation Minervois. Unter der Leitung von Sophie und Nicolas Gautran erstreckt sich das Weingut entlang eines Tals, das vom Fluss Cessière durchzogen wird, der über die Jahrhunderte den Kalkstein des Hoch-Minervois geformt hat. Die Vielfalt der Weine spiegelt die typischen Rebsorten der Region wider, darunter Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault und Terret.
