The Aligoté grape variety is the second lesser-known grape variety in Burgundy and an elegant & somewhat lighter alternative to the full-bodied Chardonnays.
Made from 100% Aligoté from vines over 40 years old, harvested by hand, aged in barriques for 12 months.
Elegant aromas of peach and pear meet ripe citrus fruit, fresh meadow herbs, acacia and rose, rounded off by a hint of shell limestone, with a playful freshness on the finish, animating, round and balanced.
