Made from a blend of 100% wild Tobalá and Bicuishe-Maguey agaves. The agaves are quartered and roasted for four days in a hole in the ground in a fire of guamúchil and mesquite wood. The roasted agaves are then traditionally crushed and distilled twice in a ceramic still.
Aroma: Summery stone fruit, roasted chili peppers, mild tea rose
Taste: Exotic taste of Earl Grey tea, dried orange peel, candied mango, cinnamon and a slight woodiness leads to a smooth, jammy finish with a lingering hint of black licorice.
