More information about Ernie Els Big Easy Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
The Ernie Els Big Easy Cabernet Sauvignon presents itself in a rich ruby red in the glass and demonstrates its complexity on the nose. Aromas of rosemary combine with fruity notes of cassis, plums and blackberries and are surrounded by cedar and cinnamon. Elegant and well-structured on the palate, the red wine scores here with juicy nuances of blackcurrants and plums and pleasant tannins. This accessible red wine, which has matured for twelve months in French oak, is therefore a pleasure on its own, but it is also an excellent accompaniment to dishes with dark meat, game or pasta. Incidentally, the Ernie Els Big Easy Cabernet Sauvignon owes its name to professional golfer Ernie Els and his easy golf swing, which earned him the nickname 'The Big Easy'.
