80% Arabica & 20% Robusta
Here comes the espresso classic in our range.
The blend of Arabica and Robusta beans produces a wonderful crema when prepared in a portafilter. The strong taste is carried by aromas of dark chocolate and caramel.
We only use an "India Robusta Parchment" for the Robusta portion. This variety is probably one of the highest quality Robusta beans. It not only removes the otherwise strong acidity from the espresso, but also ensures a particularly thick and fine-pored (stable) crema.
