The Fairview Beryl Back flows into the glass in a light yellow color and reveals its richness on the nose. Aromas of stone fruit, papaya and lemon are surrounded by oak notes and whet the appetite for the first sip. Nuances of fynbos and a beautiful minerality are added on the palate. The fine structure gives the cuvée of Chenin Blanc (50%), Viognier (33%), Verdelho (11%) and Roussanne (6%) a great balance for a long-lasting taste experience. Enjoy this white wine, some of which has matured for ten months in French oak, either on its own or with Asian dishes. Pasta in a creamy sauce or salmon are also highly recommended with Fairview Beryl Back.
