Fairview Limited Release Cyril Back 2020 - Red wine

The Fairview Limited Release Cyril Back is something very special for the winery. Only the best barrels of the vintage were used for its production, as can be seen from its wonderful, elegant color. This red wine cuvée made from Shiraz (88%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (12%) is a dark, deep Burgundy red with a slight purple hue. Intense aromas of plums stream into the nose and are surrounded by notes of salted olives and baking spices. On the palate, Fairview's flagship wine is full-bodied and fruity. Juicy blackberries and spicy aromas seduce the connoisseur's senses, paired with balanced acidity and pleasant tannins. The Fairview Limited Release Cyril Back is a tribute to the owner's father.
