Feingeisterei apple brandy Finkenwerder Herbstprinz organic

The Finkenwerder Herbstprinz used for the apple brandy is actually grown in Finkenwerder. From the variety to the harvest, it is therefore a typical North German crop.

With its sheltered location, Finkenwerder has a special microclimate that is almost 14 days "ahead" of the surrounding fruit-growing area. This gives the late ripe apple an extra portion of flavor before it is processed by us into a special apple distillate after sufficient storage.

The apples come from certified organic cultivation.

For one liter of pure apple brandy "Finkenwerder Herbstprinz" approx. 9kg of apples are processed.

Ideal drinking temperature: 16 - 18 degrees.
