The renowned sparkling wine manufacturer Flick from Mainz is launching its top product with Suavium. The rosé from 2017 impresses in every respect!
The Blanc de Noirs from Pinot Noir grapes from Gundersheim, aged for three years on the lees, has smoky notes and a fine spiciness, is full-bodied, harmonious and structured. Our favorite is the Pinot Noir Rosé called Suavium, vintage 2017, a selection of the best barriques and aged for four years on the lees, which shows a fine yeast touch, a little brioche and hazelnuts, is harmonious and long, has complexity and grip.
Wine rating 90 points "Suavium" Pinot Noir Rosé extra-brut I 12,5 %, RRP /29,90 €. In the VINUM.DE magazine "SUAVIUM Kiss of Lovers" took 1st place, scoring 18 points out of 20 and rated as multi-layered on the nose, berries, herbs, nuts, brioche. In the mouth with fine red fruit, a hint of caramel, spicy-mineral undertones, lively acidity - a power package. Clearly winey, dense and long-lasting.

Flik sparkling wine
Den Sorten ihren Charakter zu bewahren, ist bei Winzersekten eine anspruchsvolle Aufgabe. Normalerweise werden die Trauben für die Grundweine früh gelesen und der Sekt lange auf der Hefe gelagert, wobei der Stil oft wichtiger ist als die Rebsorte. In der Flik Sektmanufaktur hingegen setzt man auf eine längere Maischestandzeit und verzichtet bei der Klärung auf Enzyme. Der Most darf sich natürlich setzen, um den einzigartigen Sortencharakter auch im Sekt hervorzuheben. So entstehen in der Mainzer Kellerei einzigartige Sekt-Kreationen, die nicht nur Liebhabern den Gaumen verwöhnen.
