Franz von Fein
Wir sind zwei Freunde aus Tübingen, die sich seit der Schulzeit kennen. Obwohl uns das Leben in verschiedene Ecken der Welt führte, zog es uns immer wieder in den Süden Deutschlands zurück. Auf unseren Reisen lernten wir verschiedene Ess- und Trinkkulturen kennen – von chinesischen Teezeremonien über japanische Sushi-Kunst bis zu den intensiven Gewürzen Lateinamerikas. Zurück in Deutschland begannen wir, mit diversen Zutaten zu experimentieren, um einen alkoholfreien Aperitif zu kreieren. Dank der familieneigenen Manufaktur und 15 Jahren Erfahrung in der Getränkeproduktion entstand nach jahrelangen Experimenten unser Franz von Fein Aperitif.
