Spicy undertones round off the bouquet perfectly. The cuvée of Pinot Noir (90%) and Chardonnay (10%) delights the palate with its creamy complexity and long-lasting, fine perlage. After the second fermentation in the bottle, the elegant sparkling wine remained on the lees for another four years.
