The Graham Beck Cuvée Clive embodies the pursuit of perfection and is a celebrated, world-class sparkling wine. This high-quality Cap Classique not only shines from the outside with a beautiful golden color, but impresses above all with its complex aromas on the nose and palate. Delicate white flowers, sun-ripened lemons and delicious white peach mingle with notes of roasted almonds, ginger and freshly baked shortbread. Citrus fruits, juicy pears and crisp green apple harmonize on the palate and are accompanied by subtle oak notes. The Cap Classique made from Chardonnay (95%) has been refined with a touch of Pinot Noir (5%) and is impressively elegant and complex.
