The Guardian Peak Merlot is an expressive red wine with a wonderful bouquet that combines aromas of ripe plums, cherries and gentle nutmeg. Fine tannins caress the palate, giving the Guardian Peak Merlot a beautiful mouthfeel and harmonizing with the rich plum and raspberry nuances. A hint of thyme adds even more complexity to the red wine, which is aged for six months in French oak. The Guardian Peak Merlot is best enjoyed with spicy or Mediterranean dishes - pasta with Bolognese is always a good choice.
