In the middle of Hamburg-Altona stands the NORDCRAFT distillery from which these two delicious distillates come. Already with the reading of the names runs one there the water in the mouth together: Dill & Cucumber and Beet & Berry.

The NORDCRAFT Dry Botanical Spirit Dill & Cucumber was the first throw from the Hamburg distillery and designed as a herbal distillate of the new generation. With over 20 botanicals, it is just as exciting and mixable as gin.

With NORDCRAFT Dry Botanical Spirit Bete & Berry, the manufactory also does anything but ordinary standard. Beet and berry! Earthy beet meets fruity raspberry. No beet fan can say no here.

NORDCRAFT Dry Botanical Spirit Dill & Cucumber is a clear fresh herbal distillate of the new generation: dill, cucumber and parsley as well as more than 20 hand-picked botanicals - such as rose petals, cardamom, coriander, lavender flowers, violet root, pink pepper, allspice and caraway - give this distinctive spirit its complex, finely spicy note.

Craft & Creativity
Our NORDCRAFT manufactory is located in the middle of Altona. Here we have found the perfect place to produce finest spirits in small batches, completely in the tradition of a botanical distiller.

With our many years of experience in the spirits business, we can combine craftsmanship and the joy of experimentation here in the way we envision: as a "lab" for unconventional spirits with a strong regional flavor.

Only selected ingredients from the Hamburg region and from Hamburg traders go into the bottles - this makes NORDCRAFT products true Hanseatics.

The first spirit of our NORDCRAFT distillery is a clear herbal distillate - in short: Dry Botanical Spirit. We wanted to create something that is complex in aroma and mixable like a gin, but distilled from fresh herbs such as cucumber, parsley and dill has a very unique, Nordic note.
We have created a new type of spirit that can be enjoyed neat or as a long drink with tonic, but will also make a splash in the bar scene with new, delicious drinks.

Our philosophy
We want to create finely tuned spirits with character.

This requires the highest craftsmanship, the best raw materials and a flair for that certain something. We distill all botanicals 100% ourselves. We use mainly regional products with short distances from the Hamburg area, which meet the highest quality standards. For example, we have a reliable partner and supplier for our ingredients in the Demeter nursery Sannmann from Vierlanden.

100% Handmade!
NORDCRAFT products are lovingly handmade directly on site, in the distillery. The distiller supervises every step - whether preparation and maceration of ingredients or filling and labeling of the bottles. We are a true manufactory operation on less than 200 m². Every move counts, every move is right!

NORDCRAFT: real craftsmanship - small plants
Mario Gallone has put together his distillation plants with 20-150l stills with an eye for detail and in loving detail work in order to be able to implement his philosophy of distilling perfectly. For this purpose, some of the plants were specially rebuilt and refined according to his specifications, and additional features were added. Thus, all pot still plants bear a name, such as Kopper Carl and Kopper Michel, because they also belong to the NORDCRAFT family.
