Beer Leberkäse

Two Upper Franconian culinary cultural assets united.

For the first time in the history of culinary enjoyment, Leberkäs and beer have been successfully combined in one can. A unique taste that has never been seen before. In the past, beer and Leberkäs had to be consumed separately, but now you can enjoy both at the same time.

The Upper Franconian cult brewer David Hertl from Braumanufaktur Hertl in Schlüsselfeld and the traditional butcher's shop Fischer from Bamberg, with its master butcher Dietmar Preißinger, have, under the supervision of the secret Leberkäs king Thomas Liebold from the Bamberg butcher's shop Liebold, brought together the finest Leberkäs with the best bock beer.

And the result was the first beer Leberkäse for baking, in a can, to take home. Don't you believe it? Yes, the taste is unexpected. Typical liver cheese aromas with a fine hint of nutmeg and a firm meaty bite meet the malty spiciness of a strong bock beer. Rounded off with the finest malt, which forms a crisp insert and underlines the originality and craftsmanship of this delicacy.

Honest craftsmanship and also love and passion for the product - these are the components that are a matter of course for both the Hertl brewery and the Fischer and Liebold butchers involved. It was probably precisely this that immediately got everyone on the same wavelength.

This wonderful cooperation was also made possible by the right amount of creativity and the desire to create something special and unique. And it was a complete success. Anyone who has tried this Leberkäse once will want it again and again.
