Here in the north there is always a fresh breeze blowing and this steady wind not only pushes the sheep up the dyke, torments tired cyclists and blows the odd fluff out of the fish head, no, for centuries the inhabitants of the marshes have been using the power of the wind to drain their low-lying homeland. The well-preserved Bockmühle mill in Honigfleth, for example, has kept feet dry for decades.
The freshness of peppermint, the subtle spiciness of ginger in combination with the power of sugar and distillate form the basis for this homage to the constantly blowing, fresh marsh wind!
