Blanc de Blanc non-alcoholic, awarded the Mundus Vini Best of Show by the Julius Zotz winery, is a great, elegant alternative to sparkling wine made from Pinot Blanc grapes that are harvested early, matured in barrels for 6 months and then gently de-alcoholized. With fine citrus notes, peach and nutmeg.
A lively, fresh and non-alcoholic Blanc de Blanc with a fine perlage and balanced acidity. Also ideal as an aperitif.
Located at the foot of the Black Forest in the heart of the Markgräflerland region, the Julius Zotz winery is one of the largest and most important wineries in Baden.
The Zotz family winery has been cultivating its wines in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner since 1890, largely dispensing with herbicides and insecticides and unnecessary pesticides, using green electricity and organic soil cultivation.
Matured in stainless steel tanks and stored in wooden barrels, the alcohol is gently removed from Julius Zotz wines using vacuum distillation.
