Did someone say non-alcoholic rosé? The Creation Rosé non-alcoholic from Julius Zotz is made from sun-kissed Markgräfler grapes and is ideal with summer dishes.
An elegant non-alcoholic rosé with typical varietal aromas of raspberry, strawberry and red currant, balanced and refreshing with a lovely flow.
The Julius Zotz winery is located at the foot of the Black Forest in the heart of Markgräflerland and is one of the largest and most important wineries in Baden.
The Zotz family winery has been cultivating its wines in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner since 1890, largely dispensing with herbicides and insecticides and unnecessary pesticides, using green electricity and organic soil cultivation.
Matured in stainless steel tanks and stored in wooden barrels, the alcohol is gently removed from Julius Zotz wines using vacuum distillation. A great dealcoholized rosé wine.
