Our single-variety apple brandy is one of the classic German fruit brandies. We use the popular old Kaiser Wilhelm apple variety, harvested to the point from our own orchard, to produce the fruit brandy. Gentle double distillation produces a mild alcohol with the strong aroma of ripe apples.

Processing:
The fully ripe fruit is processed directly after harvesting and gently cold fermented.
