Kanonkop Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 - Red wine

The Kanonkop Cabernet Sauvignon reveals its complexity on the nose and delights with aromas of dark fruits, with notes of blueberries, blackberries and cassis particularly present. Nuances of tobacco, oak and cedar provide a spicy component. On the palate, the concentrated fruit notes are perfectly rounded off by spices, roasted nuts and fynbos, while the well-integrated tannins give the soft Kanonkop Cabernet Sauvignon a lovely mouthfeel. The red wine, which has matured for 24 months in small French oak barrels, is therefore a pleasure on its own, but it also goes perfectly with dark meat or mature cheese.
