La Motte Pierneef Syrah-Viognier 2018 - Red wine

The La Motte Pierneef Syrah Viognier impresses with its intense aroma of red fruits, mulberries, floral tones, aniseed and leather. Fine tannins caress the palate and are accompanied by spicy green pepper before the cuvée of Syrah (98%) and Viognier (2%) finishes with a lingering aftertaste. Thanks to its rich and fruity character, the red wine, which is aged in oak for fourteen months, is a wonderful accompaniment to food. The good structure and spicy notes of the Syrah and the floral nuances of the Viognier ensure that La Motte Pierneef Syrah Viognier is an excellent accompaniment to dark meat and game, duck or an aromatic curry.
