Bereits seit drei Generationen baut die Familie Pedassi am südlichen Gardaseeufer, mitten im Luganagebiet, auf 13 Hektar Fläche ihre Weine an. Die Böden sind kalkhaltig und das Klima ist mild. Die Ernte erfolgt nach wie vor manuell und sowohl der Anbau der Weine als auch der Ausbau der Weine wird traditionell und mit sehr viel Feingefühl vorgenommen. Die Weine zeichnen sich durch beeindruckende Aromen, sowie eine große Eleganz und einen langen und anhaltenden Abgang aus.
