To benefit from the full effect of reishi and ashwagandha for your regeneration and sleep improvement, we recommend drinking the forest cocoa about an hour before going to bed. Take the dose of your choice and stir the cocoa into 200 to 300 ml of (plant-based) milk. Our favorite is a mixture of oat and almond milk for the perfect sweetness.
