More information about Marten Manted Wild Apple Brandy
The apple variety "Manted", which is almost unknown here, has its origin in Canada. The apple is already ripe at the end of July to the beginning of August and has a very short shelf life. Because of the low sugar content, this apple is not particularly suitable for distilling, but we were fascinated by its intense aroma and its great typicality. The taste is reminiscent of a freshly prepared baked apple.
