More information about Marten boletus spirit
Our area is a distinctly porcini mushroom region, so we have tried to preserve the unique aroma of the porcini mushroom in this distillate. The fresh mushrooms are cut into small pieces and frozen until an appropriate quantity is available. Only then are they poured over with pure alcohol and can release their aroma, which is concentrated and preserved during the subsequent distillation. The result is an experience!
The spirit has the typical aroma of mushrooms: earthy, woody, mossy, absolute class. This unique, strong taste is not everyone's cup of tea. The harmony of smell and taste and the density of the typical aromas are overwhelming. This is why this distillate has achieved 20 out of 20 possible points in all the ratings.
For the gourmet kitchen as well as for home use and the mushroom lover, this is certainly an enormous enrichment.
