More information about Nederburg The Brew Master 2020
Powerful with rich fruit - that is Nederburg The Brew Master. Notes of blueberries and blackberries pamper the senses and are accompanied by spices and dried herbs. Undertones of violets skilfully round off the diverse interplay of aromas. The tannin structure is in beautiful harmony. The classic red wine cuvée made from Cabernet Sauvignon (64%), Petit Verdot (18%), Cabernet Franc (11%), Merlot (4%) and Malbec (3%) matured for 29 months in French and American oak and has a long-lasting taste. Whether pure or with spicy dishes with dark meat - Nederburg The Brew Master makes the hearts of red wine fans beat faster. Incidentally, the wine is reminiscent of Johann Graue, the revolutionary German winemaker from Nederburg. His meticulous selection of grapes and the introduction of cold fermentation laid the foundations for the winery's continued success.
