More information about Neethlingshof Short Story Collection The Caracal 2020
The Neethlingshof Short Story Collection The Caracal shines a dark ruby red in the glass. The cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon (52%), Merlot (24%), Petit Verdot (13%) and Malbec (11%) also impresses on the nose with its wonderful aroma of plums and blackcurrants. Spicy nuances and a hint of tobacco skillfully underline the fruity aromas. The red wine, which has matured for twelve months in French oak, is elegant and full-bodied on the palate. The fruity and spicy aromas continue and are accompanied by a good tannin structure. The Neethlingshof Short Story Collection The Caracal is therefore an excellent accompaniment to dark meat, cheese or vegetarian dishes. Incidentally, the name of the Neethlingshof Short Story Collection The Caracal is reminiscent of the African lynx that has found a new home in the estate's vineyards.
