After decades of the beer industry using all male clichés to advertise its products, the guys from Oedipus in Amsterdam want to set an example and say "Beer is for everyone"

In a humorous advertising clip, they parody the male-oriented campaigns of many breweries and don't miss a single prejudice: Men sitting in front of the TV in a cozy atmosphere, sipping a beer and watching soccer, men who shed a lot of sweat after hard work with dangerous, loud and heavy machines and refresh themselves with a cool beer, men who stand at the barbecue with their buddies and a beer and prepare thick steaks, men who prefer to devote themselves to a bottle of beer instead of their feelings, Men who run through the forest screaming and men who pour their beer into a glass with theatrical drama, drink to being a man and make manly noises of enjoyment If the Oedipus team has its way, this is now a thing of the past Beer tastes good to everyone and should therefore also be aimed at people of all genders

The beer for this manifesto is Mannenliefde, a Belgian saison that has a very specific target group: everyone! The award-winning specialty beer is brewed with lemongrass, Szechuan pepper and Sorachi hops and is intended to encourage more diversity in the beer world with its subtle freshness, peppery spiciness and exotic coconut notes
