Green olives from Halkidiki are famous for their size and dense flesh. They are rich in calcium, iron and omega-3 fatty acids and are characterized by their deep green color, delicate fruit aroma and slightly bitter but spicy taste.
Our Halkidiki olives in their original form are juicy and firm to the bite, with a delicate and fresh taste. They are traditionally preserved in a comparatively small amount of salt and only a little citric acid. We like to serve them with a little agoureleo and oregano.
The olives are harvested by hand and processed on the same day. They are pitted, pickled and bottled for us in a small factory according to the original Pangaea recipe.
