On the palate, the sparkling wine is wonderfully lively and fresh, yet rich. The fine perlage pampers the senses before the refined Rickety Bridge Brut Rosé finishes with an elegant and long-lasting finish. The cuvée of Pinot Noir (53%) and Chardonnay (47%) was produced using the traditional method and matured in the bottle for 13 months after the second fermentation.
