Notes of black fruits such as black cherry and plums with a hint of balsamic vinegar. It is full-bodied on the palate, with a dense structure, fine tannins and a velvety finish reminiscent of roasted notes.

Romandiola
Seit 2022 sind zwei neue Denominationen in der Emilia Romagna hinzugekommen: RIMINI D.O.C. ROSSO und RIMINI D.O.C. BIANCO. Die Weine, die in den sonnenverwöhnten Hügeln mit Blick auf die Adria erzeugt werden, drücken einen Charakter aus, der die Herzlichkeit der Menschen widerspiegelt. Im Gebiet der D.O.C. "Rimini" haben die Beschaffenheit der Böden und die im Sommer nicht übermäßigen Niederschläge einen positiven Einfluss auf den ausgewogenen Charakter der Weine. Rimini ist auch der Geburtsort von Federico Fellini. Der berühmte Filmregisseur hat diese Stadt in der ganzen Welt noch bekannter gemacht, indem er mit seinen Filmen die damalige Zeit entscheidend beeinflusste und Rimini immer mehr mit dem Begriff "La Dolce Vita" in Verbindung brachte. Ganz im Sinne von Fellini sind auch die Ettiketten der Rimini DOC Weine von Romandiola an die Lebenslust Riminis angelehnt.
