The basis of our Heimatliebe "Alte Birne" is a pear brandy made from regional, hand-picked, fully ripe pears. To give our Heimatliebe its unique character, this fine spirit is stored in specially selected barrels after double distillation and then rounded off with the juice of fully ripe pears.
The result is balanced pear notes, seductive and fruity on the nose and palate. Perfect with fine cheeses, as a digestif after a good meal or as an accompaniment to a cozy conversation
Ingredients: Pears from regional orchards and our own orchards
Production : Double-distilled pear brandy is stored in oak barrels and rounded off with pear must.
Use: as an aperitif & digestif, cake & dessert and for indulgence
